A Bit About Me

I wear lots of hats: creativity coach, artist, musician, and strategist. But you know my favorite gig? Raising my two exceptionally energetic sons with my husband, Copeland.

We live in New Mexico (where I grew up), but my happy place is London, England (where I lived and worked after college). Speaking of college, I studied music theory and composition in undergrad, then writing and strategy in grad school. I picked up painting later...and now I can't seem to stop!

As a creativity coach, nothing lights me up more than helping my clients find fulfillment, joy, and balance in their own creative lives. When I'm not coaching or up to my elbows in my own creative projects, I'm usually walking in the park, reading a book, brewing a cup of tea, geocaching with my kids, or plotting our next family movie night. The little things are the big things, right?
